This apartment consists of

with a sleeper sofa (in case you have last-minute guests)
2. bedroom (bunk bed and a single bed: ideal for 3 children / or for 2 children with a grandma or nanny)

– Large bathroom with family-sized bathtub (towels provided), separate toilet
– Cozy, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, and glasses, with a living area and tiled stove
– Dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, and salt and pepper have also been provided.

“Ansitz Wirtsgut” Apartment Villa
The estate is a faithful replica of a manor house from the Imperial era. It is located just 100 meters from the village center, surrounded by green meadows and the Leoganger Steinberge mountains.
The apartments are ideal for families! In winter, there’s a floodlit practice ski lift right next to the building.
All units (for 2–5 people) are equipped with a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and double sink), 2 separate bedrooms (some with a loft and bunk beds), a fully equipped kitchenette, a safe, TV, radio, telephone, and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Towels and bed linens are provided once upon check-in. We’re happy to provide a towel change during your stay for an additional fee.
You are welcome to book breakfast at the Hotel Kirchenwirt as needed.
On-site costs: Pets upon request Winter: Saturday–Saturday Summer: Check-in daily, minimum stay 5 nights Free storage room for ski or bike gear. (Lockable with apartment key) Final cleaning: €150 to €200, depending on apartment size
