Arrive, take a deep breath, and feel right at home: This spacious and very inviting 79 m² vacation home is located within walking distance of Großenbrode’s South Beach.
The bright, Scandinavian-style decor, cozy nautical touches, and large windows create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thanks to its well-designed layout, the vacation home is ideal for multi-generational stays and comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people. You’re also welcome to bring up to two dogs. Thanks to its special location at the back of the resort, you’ll enjoy plenty of peace and quiet here in a pleasantly secluded setting.
The three bedrooms are staggered in layout, offering particularly good privacy. A spacious bedroom with a double bed is located right next to the large bathroom, which features a shower and a private sauna. On the other side of the house are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—near the second bathroom with a shower. The cozy alcove offers two additional sleeping areas with double beds, which are especially popular with younger family members.
The heart of the vacation home is the open and spacious living and kitchen area. Here, everyone can come together to cook, relax, and enjoy the best moments of their vacation. The high-quality, bright kitchen blends harmoniously into the inviting living space and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee maker.
In the cozy living room, a comfortable sofa and two swivel chairs invite you to relax. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a particularly inviting atmosphere.
The dining table, situated slightly apart, offers plenty of space for shared meals, fun game nights, and culinary vacation experiences. From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered, furnished, and partially fenced-in terrace—ideal for a relaxing breakfast in the fresh Baltic Sea air or long summer evenings with the whole family. Two sun loungers and a cozy beach chair are also available for your use.
Both bathrooms feature comfortable underfloor heating. The larger bathroom offers a special wellness highlight with its private sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long walk on the beach. A washer with a dryer function rounds out the comfortable amenities.

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.
At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.
Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.
Each vacation home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.
There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.
For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
