The apartment has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor, a second bedroom with access to the balcony, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen, and a balcony. In the attic, there are two additional rooms that can accommodate up to four people, as well as a toilet with a sink; we should note that, for structural reasons, the ceiling height is limited in some areas. Exposed rafters, skylights, and a panoramic glass roof complete the apartment.
Our new apartment building is of very high quality. With only 2 units, it’s also ideal for groups. It’s located in the heart of the Leogang mountain region, right next to the biking and hiking trail. Both shopping options and the mountain railways are conveniently within a 10-minute walk. Parking spaces are available on the property. A bus stop is located across the street.
The building features a ground-floor apartment with 1 bedroom; the apartment is ideal for 4 people. It is laid out over two levels: First floor: entryway with coat closet, kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch, one bedroom with one double bed for two people, and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. There are also 2 bright rooms and a toilet on the lower first floor.
The second apartment, located on the first floor, features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with access to a balcony, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen, and a balcony. In the attic, there are 2 additional rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, as well as a restroom with a sink and a washing machine; please note that, due to structural constraints, the ceiling height is limited in some areas. Exposed rafters, skylights, and a panoramic glass roof complete the apartment.
High-speed Wi-Fi, 43- to 55-inch smart TVs, a state-of-the-art kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as bed linens and towels, are of course included as standard.
A ski storage room and bike garage are available.
The large garden offers plenty of space; the paved terrace provides seating and is even suitable for shared meals.
