Our cozy, quiet apartment (entire floor with private entrance—approx. 100 m²) features 3 beautiful bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet, and a south-facing balcony with a great view. From May 1 through October 31, with the Bregenzerwald Card, you can use the BREGENZERWALD’S MOUNTAIN RAILWAYS, SWIMMING POOLS, and BUSES for FREE with a minimum stay of 3 nights. The ski bus takes just 5 minutes to reach the Mellau-Damüls ski area. We’re located very close to the church, yet in a quiet, green setting with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. From the house, you can set out on beautiful hikes or bike tours. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing or downhill skiing in Mellau-Damüls or in Bezau on the Niedere.
The ski bus takes you for free to the largest ski area in the Bregenzerwald (Mellau/Damüls), which is only 5 minutes away from us. The stop is right next to our house.

The Bregenzerwald mountains are full of things to discover. Hiking trails lead to the most beautiful spots and tell stories; events are held here.

There are few regions in the world where you can try out and perfect so many different sports in such a small area. Our outdoor specialists provide safe guidance for activities such as rafting, paragliding from our local mountain (the Niedere), caving, canyoning, rock climbing, golf, and much more.

We’d be happy to provide you with tips for your hiking tours in the summer and ski tours in the winter. We are avid mountaineers and are happy to help you.

We’d also be happy to share ideas for other special events (such as cultural festivals, like the Schubertiade in Schwarzenberg, the Bregenz Festival on the lake, or Bezau Beatz).

On-site fees: Cancellation policy The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply to our property. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival; after that, cancellation fees apply. Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price; Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price;In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price



Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
