The spacious 70 m² Amsel semi-detached home (on the right) offers plenty of room for up to 4 people across two floors.

The first floor: 
The spacious living and dining area features an open, modern kitchen and a fireplace that invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers.
The kitchen features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, and plenty of dishes. The light-filled living room features a cozy sofa set, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, a telephone, free Wi-Fi access, and a radio. A guest restroom is also available.

The upper floor:
Here you’ll find the two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and a closet, and the other with two single beds, a sideboard, and reading lamps by the bed—no crib!—Smoke detectors are installed, and a stair gate ensures safety on the upper floor.
A modern bathroom with a shower/toilet, bathroom cabinet, and hair dryer rounds out the upscale amenities. A shower stool and a clothes drying rack are provided.

The entire vacation rental is equipped with a modern heating system and underfloor heating.
Additional costs to be paid on site: electricity at 0.50 euros per kWh and 7.00 euros per cubic meter for water and sewage. 

The outdoor areas feature a terrace with ample seating, sun loungers, an awning, and a grill area, as well as a lawn for sunbathing, bike racks, and a carport for one car.
The two living units are particularly well-suited for two families, but can also be booked separately.

Included in the total travel price: Final cleaning, heating via air-source heat pump, 1 basket of firewood, local tourist tax, and made-up beds for stays of 5 nights or more. For stays of 4 nights, please bring your own bed linens.

At the boat dock, a fishing boat with oars or a motor can be rented by the week from April through October for a fee. Additional costs to be paid on site: electricity 0.50 euros per kWh, and 7.00 euros per 1 m³ for water and sewage.
