Very cute, cosy home. Comfy everything - beds, sofa. Not massive but any bigger and it would lose all its charm. Next door but one to the local shop (that stocks everything) and 50m from the passenger ferry and pub. A great little home. Luggars Inn was a winner. Cosy pub, nice staff, nice pub grub.
Advertised as Fowey and about 400-600m from town centre. The big estuary in the middle kind of got in the way. But, once we worked out it’s only a 10 min drive and £12 return on the car ferry, we were really happy to be in Polruan.

Excellent location, one minute walk to pub, harbour, ferry. Cottage very comfortable, well laid out & decorated , could not wish for more .
Cottage bottom of very steep hill, car park on top of hill. However we are 73 year old pensioners & managed on a daily basis.

The property is fabulous.
Very well put together. Super cozy.
The early checkout. Incense sticks. I’m allergic.
