I got there late and left early, so didn't really experience the neighborhood at all. Staff was great - was there when I arrived very late and was very helpful.
My room temp was very warm and I couldn't figure out how to adjust it. The next day the staff confirmed it wasn't set to cool. Despite several requests, no one would give me any sort of refund or discount. The breakfast was only OK.
