False Advertising and Zero Guest Support I am writing this review from a place of deep frustration!

The location.

False Advertising and Zero Guest Support I am writing this review from a place of deep frustration, particularly because I am a fellow host myself. I take pride in the level of service, transparency, and hospitality I provide to my own guests, which makes this experience all the more inexcusable. We booked this property primarily for the patio space depicted in the photos, but upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that the promised furniture was missing entirely. The disappointments did not stop there: False Advertising: The listing promised "free WiFi," yet there is no functional connection available for guests. Lack of Basics: For a rental located in wine country, the lack of even basic kitchen essentials—like a simple wine key or wine glasses—is baffling. No Towels: We rented the unit for 3 total guests, when we went to shower on day one, we discovered there was 2 towels and one dish rag. Again reached out constantly and zero responses from the renter. Total Communication Breakdown: Most egregious of all is the host’s complete silence. We have reached out repeatedly to try and resolve these issues, and we have been met with total disregard. There has been no attempt to rectify the situation or even provide a basic acknowledgment of our concerns. As a host, I know how important it is to communicate and provide basic amenities. The level of disrespect shown to us as guests is appalling. Any host who leaves guests stranded without support, accurate amenities, or basic necessities should be ashamed. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. Save your money and your vacation time—this property does not honor its commitments, and the management is non-existent. Zero stars.
