Na krótki wyjazd, mieszkanie jest super. Na duży plus na pewno lokalizacja, poza drobnymi uchybieniami, polecam.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży oraz przystanku tramwajowego. Na dole w bloku sklep spożywczy, Rossmann. Poza drobnymi uchybieniami, w mieszkaniu czysto. Duży plus za dwie sypialnie. W szafie dodatkowe poduszki oraz ręczniki.

W mieszkaniu nie były wyniesione śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach. Brak prostych udogodnień, np. w łazience brak haczyków na ręczniki, brak kapsułek do zmywarki. Pobyt zarezerwowany dla 3 osób (dwie dorosłe osoby plus dziecko), brakowało jednej kołdry.

Lokalizacja na plus

Ładne osiedle i mieszkanie, jednak niestety czystość oraz stan apartamentu pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Po rozłożeniu kanapy zastaliśmy zabrudzoną i porysowaną ścianę, w łazience urwaną szczotkę do toalety, a w kuchennej szafce okruchy po poprzednich gościach. Największym rozczarowaniem było zarzucenie nam po pobycie odpowiedzialności za zabrudzenie ściany, które zastaliśmy już na miejscu. Radzimy przyszłym gościom zrobić zdjęcia wszystkich usterek od razu po przyjeździe. Niestety nie polecamy.

Verschrikkelijk...

Helaas kan ik geen enkele positieve beoordeling achterlaten. Dit is absoluut het slechtste appartement waar we tot nu toe zijn geweest. De prijzen zijn hoog, en de standaard en netheid zijn een totale misvatting. Minpunten: Schandalige hygiëne: Beide toiletten waren walgelijk vies – vol urinewlekken rond de pot, op de bril en in de toiletpot. De douche was in tragische staat: volledig bedekt met een dikke laag kalk, cosmetische vlekken, bruin schuim bij de afvoer en haren van iemand anders. Het water liep helemaal niet weg en bleef de hele tijd in de douche staan. Gebrek aan professionalisme en arrogantie van de eigenaar: Na het melden van de vuiligheid en het sturen van foto's, begon de eigenaar eerst te ruziën dat "overdrijven en dat het schoon is". Pas na enige tijd bood hij zijn excuses aan en gaf hij toe dat de schoonmaakster haar taak niet had uitgevoerd. Het beloofde herhaalde schoonmaakbezoek en de reparatie van de afvoer liepen vele uren uit, en de afvoer is uiteindelijk door niemand ontstopt. Het contact met de verhuurder is van een zeer laag niveau. Gebrek aan keukeninrusting: De keuken is zo goed als leeg. Geen magnetron, oven, servies (slechts twee glazen, een paar mokken, een verwaarloosbare hoeveelheid bestek), geen kommen of zelfs maar een flesopener. Koken of een normale maaltijd eten kun je vergeten. Er zijn niet eens bierglazen. Ontbrekende faciliteiten uit de beschrijving: Het appartement had geen föhn zoals beloofd, geen badmat (er waren slechts twee grote handdoeken), noch een tweepersoonsdekbed en hoeslaken voor een koppel (voor twee personen was er slechts een eenpersoonsdekbed en -laken klaargelegd, en op onze opmerking hierover reageerde de eigenaar met "zo is het klaargelegd"). Verlichting en technische gebreken: In het hele pand branden uitsluitend felle, koudwitte ziekenhuislichten. De afstandsbedieningen werkte voor geen meter (lege batterijen), waardoor er niets kon worden aangepast.
