The property manager was very responsive to my concerns
There was a family upstairs and the noise was too much over my head but like I said the property manager was helpful

Can’t think of anything I did not like about the property.

Central location, reasonably priced in a ridiculously expensive city, secure. It has a nice rustic look with wooden floors etc, modern appliances for the most part and drinking water provided. Upgraded to a larger apartment which was kind but then the owner is. Laundry place and limited supermarkets around the corner. Maybe ten minutes walk to burger king and other fast food places.
The place is old and the owner knows this and has planned improvements, however the apartment isn't mosquito proof no screens on windows or doors and whenever I leave my room I would get eaten alive. Running cold water was unreliable though hot wasn't - strange that. The bedding isn't white so you can't tell whether it's clean. In
