Close to everything, but surprisingly quiet, as the property is down a narrow alley.
The property is safe, with self check in using a code and with cameras
Host is responsive and incredibly helpful (taxi to and from airport, advice, flexibility on dates and late check in / check out arrangements where possible and very kind)
The property offers free access to a modern laundry facility (washing machine and dryer) - a great bonus.

Great communication with the host via WhatsApp, and the self-check-in was very easy with clear instructions. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The host even left me a local Vietnamese snack to try, which was a lovely touch! Thank you.
I’d stayed at two other places in Hanoi before finding Moon Apartment, and I honestly wish I’d found it sooner!
There’s also a free washing machine and dryer in the communal kitchen, which you can even use after checkout. The lovely housekeeping lady kindly took care of my laundry every day, returning everything clean, dried and neatly folded. The host also very kindly let me use the communal bathroom on the 7th floor to shower before my overnight bus to Ha Giang, which I really appreciated.
Such kind and thoughtful people, and considering some of the questionable places in Hanoi, this property was an excellent value for money. I’d definitely recommend Moon Apartment and would happily stay here again! Thank you!
I loved everything about it.
