Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral und ist gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man ist in 3 Minuten am Hafen und hat alle Geschäfte für Lebensmittel usw direkt vor der Türe. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zu der Verwaltung war sehr angenehm und Dimitri hat uns vor Ort sehr nett und freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt.
Die Angabe kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Umgebung ist irreführend. Kostenfrei parken geht zwischen abends und morgens. Tagsüber kann nur zwischen 2 und 4 Std an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Parkhaus kostet 17,50€ pro Tag. Wir hatten in knapp 2km Entfernung einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden und diesen genutzt, da wir 10 Tage da waren

Sehr gute Lage direkt am alten Hafen. Von hier aus kann man das Zentrum von La Rochelle wunderbar besuchen. Sehr viel Restaurants am Hafen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte pünktlich. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Apartment ist für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist ganz in Ordnung. Eine Bäckerei und ein Einkaufsladen sind direkt um die Ecke
Das Apartment befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Parkplätze in der Nähe stehen nicht zur Verfügung außer man hätte sehr viel Glück. Wir haben den Wagen in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus, 550m vom Apartment entfernt, abgestellt und zirka 17€ pro Tag bezahlt. Wenn Sie Bettzeug und Badehandtücher benötigen müssen Sie die im Vorfeld bestellen und werden extra berechnet. Auch die Endreinigung insofern Sie diese nicht selbst machen wird extra berechnet. Die Dusche macht keinen gepflegten Eindruck.
