Belle appart

La localisation était parfaite et l’appartement était très jolie. Nous avons aussi eu une belle interaction avec notre hôte.

Il y avait beaucoup de moisissures dans l’appartement, l’odeur était forte et ça c’est empiré durant notre séjour. En plus il était impossible de dormir dans le lit du haut puisque l’air ne circulait pas et il faisait super chaud. L’hôte n’a pas pus nous accommoder après avoir partagé que nous pouvions pas dormir du au fait plus haut et où nous avions demander un ventilateur pour aider la situation.

PHOTOS TROMPEUSES. PAS DE FENETRES NI DE VENTILATEUR.

L'emplacement est idéalement situé entre le parc Mauresque, le shopping et la plage donc tout peut se faire à pied. La salle de douche est moderne et bien agencée dans un tout petit espace.

1-ATTENTION PHOTOS TROMPEUSES. La personne a deux logements. Les photos sont un mix des deux logements donc vous ne louez pas ce que vous voyez en photos. 2-L'annonce indique qu'il y a un parking privé. En lisant mieux vous voyez que le parking se réserve séparément pour 10 euros par jour, puis quand vous demandez pour réserver, soudainement le tarif passe à 20 euros par jour: une arnaque non négociable (la personne indique que le tarif de 10 euros par jour est pour les 'longs séjours', nous sommes quand même restés de vendredi à lundi.... impossible de savoir à partir de combien de jours c'est considéré comme un 'long séjour'). 3-Il n'y a aucune fenêtre dans le logement. Enfin si, il y a un hublot qui mesure 30cm X 30cm. Et quand vous demandez comment faire un courant d'air la nuit à cause de la chaleur, la propriétaire vous indique que vous n'avez qu'à dormir la porte ouverte! 4-une forte odeur d'humidité dans le logement, les oreillers et matelas en sont imprégnés. 5- quand vous demandez un ventilateur, pas de réponse. Donc bonne chance pour aérer, rafraichir et faire sortir cette odeur d'humidité. 6-décoration digne d'un magasin Emmaüs: pas une seule fourchette pareille, idem pour les assiettes, les couteaux et les cuillères....je ne parle même pas du canapé-lit dans le salon qui est rafistolé et qui vous donnera un sacré mal de dos 7-en arrivant on vous indique que la VMC (ventilation) ne fonctionne pas. 8-Dans la description on vous indique que plusieurs produits de ménage sont à votre disposition alors qu'à part une demi bouteille de vinaigre blanc il n'y a rien du tout. Nous avons laissé l'appartement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée car nous avons acheté nos propres produits. 9-personne pour faire l'état des lieux de sortie, on nous a demandé de laisser la clé dans le logement ... non fermé à clé! 10- j'allais oublier: aucun détecteur de fumée!
