We were returning customers very satisfied with Avery properties. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is always helpful. Upon request, both times they provided us with a cooking stovetop and utensils as we prefer to cook our own food. This time we stayed on the 32nd floor, the apartment was set up with a gas stove but no gas tank but we were ok to use an electric one. It was a 3br, 2 bathrooms apartment which was great. Perfect even for a long stay as we stayed there for about a month and got our deposit back upon leaving the property. There are many grocery stores and street vendors available just behind the KLIA building, to reach them walk towards the Petronas petrol station and turn left. There is also an EcoShop downstairs to buy water bottles, milk, bread, some veggies and ice-cream and not much else if you do not care about junk food.
We stayed for about a month and would have stayed longer if they hadn't increased their prices exponentially due to the F1 taking place at the Sepang Circuit close by. Unfortunately we had to find a different accommodation for our last week in Malaysia.
