The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The apartment is modernly furnished and newly renovated. In front of the apartment is a small terrace with a grill and an awning. Heating and cooling are provided by a modern, quiet air conditioning unit
This former Franconian farmstead, featuring an old quarrystone house and a half-timbered barn, is quietly situated in a small village on the Franconian dry plateau. Perfect for a few quiet, relaxing days. There are no shopping options in the village, but Werneck and Arnstein—which offer more options—are not far away.
If you have bicycles with you or are arriving by motorcycle, you’re welcome to park them on the property; the property is fully fenced and enclosed on all sides and not visible from the street. Charging stations for e-bikes are available.
Nearby attractions: the Franconian Saale River is perfect for kayaking, while the Sodenberg and Homburg are great for hiking or biking. The Main River is not far away, and the Rhön and Thuringian Forest are both within an hour’s drive. If you’re drawn to the city, you can visit the beautiful towns of Hammelburg, Bad Kissingen, Würzburg, or Karlstadt—all within a 20- to 40-minute drive.
