Nestled amid the breathtaking scenery of Positano, our vacation home is the ideal place for those who want to experience the Amalfi Coast in an authentic way, surrounded by light, the sea, and silence.
To reach it, simply climb 84 steps from the main street: a short walk that will take you away from the hustle and bustle, toward a world of absolute peace and unforgettable views.
Access to the house is through a private gate that opens onto a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the Fornillo neighborhood and the endless blue of the sea. Here, time seems to slow down: it’s the perfect place to start the day with a coffee in the sun or end it by admiring the warm colors of the sunset over Positano.
🏡 The House
From the main terrace, you enter a bright, harmonious, and well-laid-out home, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
a fully equipped kitchen, directly connected to the dining room and outdoor areas
a cozy dining room, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners with friends and family
an intimate sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach
a master bedroom, quiet and peaceful
The master bedroom opens onto a private bathroom and a convenient storage closet/walk-in closet, where guests will find dressers, coat hooks, and two comfortable lounge chairs.
The kitchen opens onto a second small terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners under the stars.
From this area, you can access:
a small vegetable garden with a lemon tree, a symbol of local tradition
a delightful patio with artificial grass, where 4 additional lounge chairs can be set up, perfect for moments of total relaxation in the sun or shade
🛏️ Panoramic sleeping area
From the dining room, you go up to the upper floor, dedicated to rest and privacy:
two double bedrooms, connected internally by a hallway
a long panoramic terrace that runs the entire length of the house, accessible from the outside and perfect for admiring the sea at any time of day
a second bathroom, convenient and functional for all guests

Overall the house was good and very spacious. It is a bit hard to find but eventually found the host who led us up. I would be aware about some problems at this property. We experienced having issues with no hot water during the whole stay, horrible drainage in upstairs shower (where we couldn’t even use it), towel rack falling off the wall, and electrical issues in one of the rooms. Location and size is great but there were a lot of small things that were frustrating and no compensation for these issues was given after they were expressed to the owner.
