A very bright apartment with a view on two sides, just a stone's throw from the sea, on the second floor with an elevator in a small building with Art Nouveau-style features. It consists of a spacious entryway living room with an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds), one bathroom with a shower, and two closets. Balconies on the front and back of the apartment. Thanks to its central location just a stone’s throw from the sea, this apartment offers walking access to all local amenities and attractions.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, double-glazed windows, and mosquito screens. The spacious and cozy living area overlooks the main street, offering a pleasant, unobstructed view. In contrast, the sleeping area faces gardens and inner courtyards, remaining completely isolated from urban traffic noise—a rare combination that blends the liveliness of the living area with the tranquility of the sleeping area.
It is located near the Mondadori bookstore and the Gran Caffè Margherita.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to:
- Attach photos of the identification documents of those staying in the house to your payment confirmation via message or email, for mandatory reporting to the police headquarters
- If applicable, the tourist tax must be paid according to the procedures indicated by the municipality upon check-in
- Please also note that, upon arrival at the property, you will be required to sign the tourist rental agreement (attached) and pay a security deposit of 200 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay following an inspection of the property’s condition.
-To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours during the following time periods: 14:00 - 16:00 and 23:00 - 08:00. Thank you for your cooperation in respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
