Appartement propre et très bien situé, mais notre expérience a malheureusement été gâchée par une gestion d’agence très
L’emplacement
Si je devais noter uniquement l’appartement, je lui mettrais 3,5/5 et non 3,5/10. Il est propre et très bien situé.
J’enlève toutefois 1,5 point pour deux raisons. Tout d’abord, la photo de la résidence et de la grande piscine présentée sur Booking ne correspond pas à la résidence Arquus III, mais à la résidence voisine. La piscine réellement accessible à Arquus III est beaucoup plus petite. Ensuite, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l’appartement et les deux ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient très insuffisants. Une climatisation serait vraiment nécessaire, surtout en pleine période estivale et caniculaire.
En revanche, c’est principalement la gestion de l’agence qui fait chuter ma note globale à 3,5/10.
Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons prévenu que, suite à un problème sur l’autoroute, nous aurions seulement 5 minutes de retard par rapport à l’horaire limite de 19 h. Aucun arrangement n’a été possible : la gestionnaire n’a pas souhaité nous attendre ces quelques minutes. Les clés ont donc été laissées dans une boîte et 5 € de frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés pour cette arruvee tardive.
Mais le plus problématique reste l’adresse erronée communiquée par la gestionnaire, alors même que l’adresse indiquée sur Booking était correcte, bien qu’elle ne précisait ni l’étage ni le numéro de l’appartement.
Nous avons perdu plus d’une heure et demie à chercher la résidence après plusieurs heures de route, avec trois enfants en bas âge, fatigués et affamés. La gestionnaire ne connaissait même pas l’emplacement de l’appartement qu’elle gérait et n’arrivait pas à nous guider.
Je lui ai proposé de faire un appel en visioconférence afin de lui montrer où nous nous trouvions pour qu’elle puisse nous orienter. C’est à ce moment-là qu’elle a finalement reconnu qu’elle ne connaissait ni l’appartement ni la résidence.
