Proximité du Ve très et de la plage. Propreté au top. Spacieux. Je conseille cet endroit
Le lit craque un peu. Le prix des parkings durant la journée même si on se gare très loin. Mais ça c’est la ville ce n’est pas le loueur qui est mis en cause.

* Great apartment in an amazing location! Just a few steps from the old town centre, the seafront and a grocery store. The main bus station is only a 4-minute walk away. The location really couldn’t be better!
* The apartment was generally clean, with good-quality towels and bed linen.
* The heaters worked well, which was much appreciated.
* The kitchen is equipped with useful appliances, including a toaster, oven, filter coffee maker and kettle.
* The bathroom has a spacious shower, and there is also a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. I also noticed some shampoos and shower gels were available.
* A few family games are provided, which is a nice extra.
* My apartment was on the first floor, so it was easy enough to reach. As in many older French buildings, the staircase is steep and spiral-shaped, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage.
* The owners kindly offered me an earlier check-in. Although I didn’t end up needing it, I really appreciated the flexibility. Even 20 minutes can make a difference when travelling with a backpack!
I would particularly recommend it to solo travellers, for whom it is perfect, or to a maximum of two adults travelling as a couple.
The location is unbeatable, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owners were accommodating. I definitely recommend this place and would happily return!
* It would be great to have some basic kitchen essentials available, such as salt, olive oil and paper towels. These are things most travellers don’t bring with them or want to buy for a short stay.
* The old wooden floor and bed were a little squeaky, but nothing major and certainly not a deal-breaker.
* The cleaning instructions felt a little excessive, considering that a cleaning fee is already charged. I completed everything requested, but I personally feel that these tasks should be covered by the accommodation’s cleaning service.
These are simply a few suggestions for improvement, not complaints. The apartment is truly lovely, and I would book it again without hesitation — 1000%!

La struttura era a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, accessibile con chef-in automatico! La host ha risposto subito ad una nostra richiesta!
Abbiamo chiesto un secondo paio di lenzuola ( abbiamo prenotato case con letto e divano letto in quanto amici e non coppia). L’host ci ha chiesto 20 euro di più da lasciare in appartamento. Essendo un servizio in elenco il divano letto mi aspettavo di non dover pagare le lenzuola in più!
