Beautiful caravan lovely owner amazing stay!

Such a beautiful caravan so cosy and clean felt like home. We had such a nice stay here that we will continue staying here in the future. The lady who owns it is also lovely, was always there to answer my messages etc thankyou so much highly recommended

Awful

NOTHING!

Extremely disappointing experience and by far the worst accommodation I have stayed in. The caravan was not clean or fit to stay in. There was visible mould in both the bedroom and bathroom, dirty bedding, and a disgusting smell throughout the caravan. The mattress was in terrible condition, with springs coming through that could be felt when laying on it. The toilet was in a disgusting condition with faecal staining, with limescale. The sink/dish bowl was also cracked, showing a clear lack of maintenance grime and cracked. We had to wash the cutlery and plates before using them, and sweep and mop the floors, wipe the table ourselves as they had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were also cobwebs in the windows and marks on surfaces throughout. The most upsetting part is that I had privately paid an extra £50 for my parents to stay the Friday night as a present. They didn’t want to tell me about the condition at the time as it had been booked for them, but when I arrived the following day and saw it for myself, we had no choice but to leave and arrange alternative accommodation rather than stay the second night. My dad is terminally ill, which makes the whole situation even harder to accept. Despite the condition of the caravan, no refund was offered for the Friday night stay and the responses received were rude and dismissive. I offered twice to send the owner photos and video evidence of the condition, and all evidence was also provided to Booking.com during the complaint investigation. I am still waiting for a refund I would strongly advise others to avoid unless standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance are significantly improved.
