Very good location, close to everything and even bus station. Room was very nice and delicious breakfast at the rooftop with that view is worth it. The staff is very kind and friendly.
Room is really dark, for a short stay, that’s fine. Also, the ones who plan the time, breakfast is being prepared once you say it to the owner, so if you need to be somewhere, better to say it much earlier or even a day before what time you leave and what time you want breakfast to be prepared.

De locatie, aan de rand van de medina. Alles tiptop opgeknapt. Een dakterras met mooi uitzicht op de zee. Een goed verzorgd ontbijt en superaardige hosts.
De warme douche had er niet altijd zin in.

Great location, in the heart of the Medina. Breakfast was decent
Specific to our room, the private bathroom has design issues which cause the bathroom floor to flood.
In general, the riad needs a lot more work. We can hear other people talking in their room, from our room, literally word for word. Essaouira gets a lot of wind, but this place gets more than average. It results in constant banging of doors. Cleanliness was lacking in general the place was dusty and our room was not cleaned daily.
