The Hotel in itself was amazing, everything works, very comfortable and Squeaky Clean (literally).
Room Service was done well and quick. The receptionist and other staff are very helpful and do their work diligently, responding instantly and to your satisfaction.
The only problem i faced was the early Check-in.
I had sent a notif 2 days prior saying i want early check-in, and it showed on Booking.com that early check-in is available. But on reaching the property they said i would have to wait for an hour or two more and if i gave 1k they would upgrade my room to suit and i could check-in instantly. Only to find out the suit room didnt have a work table and didnt look any bigger compared to the normal room (from the images)i had booked.

The kitchen was not functioning during our stay
Check in time of 1 AM is to late it should be 12 noon.
I had booked 15 rooms and we vacated all 15 rooms next day at 6 AM.
Few of our guests who arrived a few ours early as per their flight schedule the hotel did not allow them entry and there were only two rooms we were requesting them to allow early check in but they did not and I paid Rs.800 extra for those two rooms.
Further they were insisting that their check in time is 2 PM and we had to show them screen shot of booking.com where it was clearly mentioned that check in time is 1 PM.
