Great location, beautiful apartment with plenty of space for our family of 5. The owner was really helpful when we had initial trouble accessing the property. Very easy to get around Paris from where we were, plus lots of options for food - from buying groceries (Franprix and Carrefour v close by) to finding places to eat out, get fresh baked goods or coffee. It made our whole visit to Paris so much simpler and more relaxed, especially with three small children!
Our only real concern was that the apartment wasn't entirely child-friendly (sharp kitchen knives stored in lower drawer, for example - we were traveling with our 1-year old). We would also have appreciated some cleaning items beyond a sponge and washing liquid (a dishcloth would have been really helpful!), and coffee pods for the machine. But these are such minor issues overall, and with amenities close by it wasn't an issue to just buy what we needed.

Very nice location, and the room was nice and clean. The bathroom was large enough for my wheelchair.
Perhaps add a ramp or some sort of a more accessible entrance for wheelchair users.
