It is an amazing property, exactly as shown in the photos, with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The air conditioners in the kitchen and in the bedroom helped a lot to get over the heatwave. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything needed and even free tea bags and coffee capsules offered at our disposal. We also found the anti mosquitoes device with free tablets for it, that was really nice. We really enjoyed the comfy bed with memory foam pillows and mattress and high quality bed linen. There's a small patio outside, very intimate and relaxing. The whole apartment was very very clean, which we appreciated a lot.
The self check in system worked well, it was easy to find the property and to get in, thanks to the host's clear instructions and assistance on WhatsApp. We arrived pretty late and it was nice not to depend on anyone for handling the key. Also we could ask whatever questions we had and get a quick response.
Another great thing is the location. For someone that visits Venice for the first time, the location might seem far away from the most popular attractions, but believe me it's not so far, but you'll definitely appreciate the distance from the crowd. We had our vacation in the beginning of August, which meant a lot of tourists and all the popular places were overcrowded. It was a real relief to go home, where it was so quiet and calm. Also, there are lots of good restaurants nearby, so it wasn't always necessary to go far for a good meal.
Overall it was a great staying at this property and it helped make our travel a great experience.
It may be useful to mention that there's no washing machine and no place to dry the clothes. For a quick trip it's not a big deal, but it may be important to keep it in mind if you plan a longer visit or travel light.
As well, the host uses the Vikey online check in, which requires a lot of personal information. I checked that it's pretty common in Italy, but it seemed a bit too much using it for the first time.

Appartement neuf , grand pour Venise, très cosy , super propre, situé dans une ruelle de Cannaregio très calme. Nous venons régulièrement à Venise et c'est certainement le plus bel appartement que nous avons connu. Petite cour très sympa.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix mais nous avons probablement bénéficié d'un tarif particulier en réservant en dernière minute. Proche du vaporetto station orto, petit supermarché très bien achalandé et peu cher (bien caché !) à 120 mètres. Bonne communication avec les gérants mais nous n'avons rencontré bon personne.
Cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous mais prévoir en hiver des bottes et en été de passer pieds nus lors des hautes-marées ( ou bien de regarder le calendrier des marées pour éviter ces horaires) car l' entrée de la rue et le quai adjacent sont totalement inondés

Ho avuto il grandissimo piacere di soggiornare in questo splendido appartamento e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata un'esperienza a 5 stelle autentica. Dall'inizio alla fine, ogni dettaglio è stato semplicemente impeccabile.
L'appartamento vanta una posizione da sogno e assolutamente ideale: si trova a pochissimi minuti dalle principali attrazioni e dagli iconici canali, ma allo stesso tempo garantisce una privacy e una tranquillità impagabili, rendendolo la base perfetta per esplorare e vivere la magia di Venezia a piedi. Il design degli interni è straordinario, un perfetto connubio di lusso e bellezza senza tempo dove gli elementi classici veneziani si fondono magnificamente con tocchi moderni di alto livello. Ogni dettaglio, dagli arredi raffinati ai punti luce, riflette un gusto impeccabile ed estrema eleganza, quasi come una vera opera d'arte.
Un altro punto di forza assoluto è la pulizia impeccabile: gli standard sono a dir poco irreprensibili e al mio arrivo tutto risplendeva, dalla biancheria da letto pregiata agli asciugamani soffici, facendomi sentire coccolato dal primo istante. Inoltre, la struttura offre comfort e servizi top di gamma, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto, tra cui un'aria condizionata efficiente, un letto comodissimo e dotazioni di ultima generazione.
In conclusione, questo appartamento non è un semplice alloggio, ma un'esperienza unica che rende il viaggio a Venezia ancora più indimenticabile. Lo raccomando vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno memorabile, avvolto nel lusso e nella bellezza. Tornerò sicuramente!
