I had a very happy stay at Tamaya Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
I accidentally booked the wrong room, but Islam was incredibly helpful and arranged an upgrade straight away at a very good price. Ahmed was also very welcoming, which made a great first impression.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. The hotel checked in with me daily via WhatsApp to see if I needed anything, and the staff were consistently supportive, attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Water, tea and coffee were provided, with complimentary fresh water replenished daily, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. Excellent customer service, a clean and modern room, and great value for money.
As mentioned in other reviews, there is some traffic noise. However, it didn’t bother me at all. Cairo is a very busy city, so this is understandable and something you can expect in many places.
