New property - beautiful and very quiet, with excellent facilities. The property has so much potential.
A young boy (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) stayed on the property and was always ready to help whenever we approached him. He was prompt and very helpful.
The property is a bit off-road and difficult to find. We circled the area a few times before we found the property.
No groceries or restaurants close by, and it got quite dark around our area at night (no street lights).
We had the place to ourselves. No one checked in on us or asked if we needed anything (we had to go looking for someone in situations where we needed something).
No housekeeping, no landline (to call housekeeping). Nothing was explained to us; we were just handed the keys and left to ourselves.
The only day we had contact with the manager was when she met us at the gate on entering the property. She was there to collect the money for the stay and hand us the keys to our room.
Throughout our stay, no one was on the property except for the young boy who stayed on the property, even on the day we left (no one else was there).
