I like the location which is next to metro line. Only 2 min walks.
We stayed at this apartment for four nights as a family of five, including an infant, and unfortunately, the experience was not as comfortable as we had expected.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor with no elevator, which was particularly challenging for our family, especially having to carry the baby stroller up and down the stairs every day.
There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom had no proper ventilation, and the shower drain did not work well, causing water drainage problems. The kitchen was not adequately equipped, and some of the items were old and needed a thorough cleaning. There were not enough basic essentials, such as cups, cleaning supplies, and tissues. A vacuum cleaner was provided, but unfortunately, it did not work. The kettle was not working, but a new one has been provided.
Considering the price we paid, we expected a much better level of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service. With some improvements and better attention to these details, the apartment could offer a much better experience for future guests.
