I liked the location and the view. I liked the staff who was always helpful and friendly. I did like most of the facilities except the fact my room was NOT wheelchair accessible. Although that was what I requested and paid for. The food on the buffet is actually very good.

I did NOT like the fact I requested and paid for a wheelchair accessible room with ocean view and only got the view but not te accessibility. I actual had to rent a crutches to use the toilet even like that was very tight. I did NOT like the fact the hotel does NOT have a ramp to access the beach neither has staff or equipment for the purpose. I did NOT like the fact that it advertises as a 5***** hotel with all inclusive but actually its NOT. Fridge always empty since day one. only offers cheap drinks and box wine. Any whiskey like Jameson or a bottle of wine needs to be paid extra. Cleaning the room and not cleaning the floor neither replace te pillows case.
