Right in the heart of Haus im Ennstal, Villa Stephanie awaits you —a lovingly renovated villa dating back to 1909 that combines its historic character with cozy living comfort.
Villa Stephanie features two spacious apartments:
the Hochparterre Apartment for 2–4 guests and the Beletage Apartment for 4–6 guests.
When used together, the entire house can accommodate up to 10 people—perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy a vacation together.


Whether summer or winter: Thanks to its central location, the villa is the perfect starting point for exploring nature, enjoying sports, and relaxing in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

The Hauser Kaibling aerial cableway—your direct access to the 4-Mountain Ski Area—is located just about 950 m from Villa Stephanie.
The bus stop for the ski and hiking bus is only about 50 m away. After a wonderful day of skiing, you can take Ski Trail 1B Markt Haus almost all the way to the villa (about 150 m away). To ensure your sports equipment is well taken care of, a locked ski room with a boot dryer and a lockable bike room are available for your use.

On-site costs: Our prices include bed linens, towels, and final cleaning. We ask that you leave the apartments swept clean upon departure.Prices do not include the overnight stay tax of €2.50 per person (ages 15 and up) per night (€2.80 per person per night for guests from 01.12.2026 ). Please note that pets are not allowed. Alternative arrival times and short stays are available upon request. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
