The rental was mediocre. Could do with a paint job, new doors, new toilet and carpet (or remove the carpet). The place could have been more clean (sand on the entryway on the 2nd floor, cobwebs), doesn't feel welcoming. I had to call to get access to the garage for the kayak and BBQ grill, which took a while for reaponse. The water spigot outside was shut off (reached out for help, they could not figure out how to turn it on). I had to use the neighbors to was off sand from beach and my kids. I liked the space for the priced I paid, I loved the kayaks, but the house can do with some upgrades for the price I paid. Thanks.
