The attic apartment on the 2nd floor features a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms, and a balcony—for a total of 98 m². The master bedroom has a double bed, and the children’s room has 2 single beds. We’d be happy to provide a crib in the master bedroom. Two additional guests can sleep on the pull-out couch in the living area. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an induction cooktop, a tiled stove with a cooktop, a dishwasher, a sink, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. The living room features a cozy corner bench with a dining table, a couch, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.

In a sunny and peaceful location, at 633 m above sea level, our organic farm offers a magnificent view of the Kalkalpen National Park. Enjoy the peace and quiet here in the mountains, far away from the crowds and without through traffic, and let your mind wander. With regional specialties—most of which come from our own farm—and lovingly decorated rooms, your physical and mental well-being is well taken care of. Start your day off right with our farm-style breakfast buffet. During the summer months, we offer half-board from Monday through Thursday. Many of our products come directly from our own garden and are prepared by us. You can really taste the difference! We place great emphasis not only on our cuisine but also on guest service. We’re happy to help you plan your day—whether it’s a summit hike, a family hike, or a museum visit.
Pilgrimage with Full Service
Discover the newly established Sebaldusweg pilgrimage trail—the Path of Appreciation (85 km). The loop trail winds through hills and highlands in the Ennstal National Park region, offering magnificent panoramic views. We also offer guided hikes in and around the Kalkalpen National Park. Adventure and relaxation are guaranteed on the 520 km of marked cycling and mountain biking trails that run through the national park.
We still have a real farm!
Here, cows are milked, calves are born, and the chickens lay eggs. These unique experiences are always a treat for children. But it’s not just the barn—the playground also makes children’s hearts race. The playhouse with a slide, swing, and sandbox is the gathering spot between breakfast and dinner. And the best way to end the day is to relax on the sun terrace with a cool drink.
