About this apartment rental
With this charming vacation rental in a rustic country-style house, “Am Grüntensee,” you’re choosing a vacation home that guarantees you’ll experience your vacation exactly as you’ve imagined it. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 5-unit building and is ideal for 4–5 people; a 6th person is possible upon request. The proximity to Grüntensee and the mountains is simply fantastic. Plus, you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet and pure country life here. Just let your mind wander.
Endless sports and outdoor fun all year round! Within walking distance is Grüntensee, featuring wonderful hiking and biking trails, a climbing garden, and cross-country ski trails in winter. A true vacation and leisure paradise awaits you here! For skiing, it’s just a few minutes to Nesselwang and the ski center at the Alpspitze!
The 4-room vacation apartment, approximately 160 m², is equipped (decor in the pictures may vary):
Living room with panoramic windows, large round couch, TV, hi-fi system, seating area, and an open fireplace (for decorative purposes only) (not usable)
Tyrolean-style living room, dining area, carpet
Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, including dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker (filter), toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and much more.
Bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a spacious built-in closet and TV, Carpet
Bedroom 2 with a French double bed (140x200) and a closet, Carpet
Bedroom 3 with a rollaway bed (80x180), carpet
Bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink with vanity cabinet, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and clothes rack

A travel crib (€25) and high chair (€15) can be booked as add-ons, once per stay.
The initial set of bed linens is included in the price; towels are included in the booking price but are optional.
If you would like additional fresh bed linens, towels, or an interim cleaning during your stay, these can also be booked as add-ons. Just let us know!
The apartment has carpeted floors; please do not walk on them with outdoor shoes.
