About this house rental
We have converted this traditional barn into a unique vacation home in a modern rustic style, blending the old with the new to create a one-of-a-kind charm.
The light-filled house offers views of the natural surroundings and features a reclaimed-wood box-spring bed, a wood-burning stove, a hot tub (available year-round), a swimming pool with a garden shower, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen made of reclaimed wood.
The spacious wooden terrace, which is partially covered, is equipped with a gas grill, sun loungers
and a garden bed.
The house is operated sustainably and is nearly climate-neutral, powered by self-generated photovoltaic electricity.
The village of Gutach has a long tradition of tourism; as the true home of the Black Forest “Bollenhutmädel,” it offers attractions such as the Vogtsbauernhof Open-Air Museum,
a summer toboggan run, the “Park with All the Senses,” Adventure Golf, beautiful hiking trails, and much more
most of which are also accessible by (e-)bike.
The following destinations are reachable by car in 20–60 minutes: Bear Park, the Triberg Waterfalls, ski lifts,
Lake Titisee and Feldberg, Freiburg, Collmar, Europa-Park with Rulantica, etc.
The minimum stay is 7 nights during the high season; shorter stays are possible during the low season.
