The villa spans two floors and features a separate entrance with private parking on the property. The residence available to guests occupies only one of the building’s floors—the upper floor—while the lower floor houses another vacation home: the two units are independent but share the same property.
The villa is completely surrounded by a large private garden, adorned with plants and flowers, and equipped with lounge chairs for enjoying the sun in complete tranquility. To enhance the experience, a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains creates a relaxing and picturesque atmosphere that will make your stay truly special.

Inside, the villa’s spaces are spacious, bright, and meticulously designed. The heart of the home is the living area, which connects the indoor living room with the outdoor patio, creating a seamless and welcoming environment. The large French doors, which directly connect these two areas, allow you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake while having lunch or relaxing on the sofa. Outside, the patio is ideal for social gatherings, thanks to the dining area shaded by the electric awning, which keeps the space cool without obstructing the panoramic view. Additionally, on the same terrace, you can use the barbecue, perfect for hosting barbecues with friends, surrounded by the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering in a functional setting and is also connected to the outdoor patio via a French door, making it very convenient for bringing dishes out to the outdoor table.

Villa Isedo offers three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with lake views and one with two single beds (which can be joined if needed), as well as a spacious bathroom, to ensure maximum comfort for families or groups of friends. In both double bedrooms, cribs or cots can be added upon request.
