You can access this approximately 40 m² ground-floor apartment through the main entrance.

• Hallway: You enter the apartment through a cozy hallway, from which all rooms are directly accessible.
• Shower room (master bathroom): a shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and window.
• Bedroom: The cozy bedroom features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), two nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and pleated blinds for a restful night’s sleep.
• Living and Dining Area: The open-concept living area features a dining area with comfortable chairs and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a microwave (with grill function), a coffee maker, and a capsule coffee machine—complete with all the essential kitchen utensils, of course.
• Sofa Area: A comfortable sofa area and a large flat-screen TV
