You’ll love its peaceful setting, just a stone’s throw from essential shops and near a quiet railroad track, which adds a touch of charm without disturbing the tranquility of the place. Enjoy the sunny terrace, perfect for al fresco breakfasts or evening drinks, as well as the garden, ideal for relaxing, reading a book, or playing with the kids. The cottage is designed with your comfort in mind: a welcoming space, modern amenities, and a cozy atmosphere— you’ll feel right at home! Around Bétaille, the region is brimming with natural and cultural wonders: marked hiking trails, traditional villages of the Lot and Dordogne, local markets, and culinary specialties waiting to be discovered. History buffs can visit medieval bastides or prehistoric caves. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy biking, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking on the Dordogne, or rock climbing. Just a few kilometers away, the rivers offer opportunities for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the water. Whether you’re looking for peace and quiet, nature, a friendly atmosphere, or regional discoveries, this vacation rental in Bétaille is the perfect stopover for your vacation in the Lot. The cottage is located next to a railroad track (a train passes by quickly three times a day: morning, noon, and evening). A few steps lead up to the balcony terrace (with outdoor furniture). The entryway opens into the living area with a kitchen and an open-concept living/dining room (reversible air conditioning). To the right of the living area is a bedroom with one 160-cm bed (and a desk area); on the other side, a hallway leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom, and another bedroom (1 140x190 bed). At garden level, there is a covered carport where you can park a car, as well as a storage room where you can store bicycles. All-inclusive package. Semi-enclosed property. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
