During local holidays and vacation periods, the refundable security deposit will be 300 € per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card prior to arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided there has been no damage and the house rules have been followed.
Parties and events are not permitted.
