The outdoor area, consisting of a spacious garden with olive, almond, and cherry trees, is the heart of the villa—a true gem. It’s very spacious, featuring a large dining table with a sea view, state-of-the-art sun loungers, and a spacious living room where you can spend evenings with family or friends while enjoying an incredible sunset.

The living room is a very spacious area with a fantastic open layout, also featuring large windows so you won’t miss the ocean view.

The kitchen area, which blends seamlessly with the living area, is well-stocked and equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee maker.

Guests are provided with cutlery, glasses, mugs, and cookware sets of all sizes.

Moving into the sleeping area, you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed; further along are two Imperial Suites (double bedrooms) equipped with a queen-size bed, a 25-inch smart TV, a closet, and extra pillows.

The two state-of-the-art bathrooms are very spacious and elegant, equipped with a walk-in shower, bathroom fixtures, and a complimentary toiletries kit with shampoo and body wash. A third bathroom is located in the outdoor area, which opens directly onto the garden
