An elegant LOFT with a modern, minimalist design, located in the heart of Verona’s historic center, just a 10-minute walk from the Arena, the world’s most famous Roman amphitheater.
Its location is perfect for exploring the city: authentic restaurants, quaint shops, and its attractions are all just a stone’s throw away. Enjoy the enchanting City of Love, immerse yourself in its culture and beauty, and soak up its magical atmosphere like a local while staying in one of its most beautiful homes.

The apartment, located in a historic, stately building, has been recently renovated while preserving its original historic features, such as high ceilings and exposed beams. The design is elegant, modern, and sophisticated, with particular attention to detail and enhanced by designer pieces and contemporary artwork.
The spacious and bright living room features two large windows that let in natural light and offer an unparalleled view of Verona’s rooftops. The space consists of a spacious, furnished living area with warm, elegant hardwood floors and antique wooden furniture; a state-of-the-art, fully equipped and stocked open kitchen; a round dining table; and a comfortable three-seater sofa.
A modern iron-and-wood staircase leads to the most distinctive part of our loft: the elegant balcony-style loft, which offers a spacious area for resting and relaxing. The loft is furnished with seating and offers a panoramic view of the apartment’s lower level; it also features a skylight that allows you to relax while gazing at the stars, if you wish.
This is the apartment’s sleeping area, which features a comfortable king-size bed with a “luxury” mattress and a modern marble bathroom with a shower.
The building where the apartment is located has an elevator, making it easily accessible to everyone. Guests will have access to all modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, the Internet, and YouTube, and air conditioning.
The apartment is perfect for couples or friends who want to visit Verona and live like true locals, enjoying a historic and elegant loft that is also modern and functional.
