A beautifully designed living room with a sleeper sofa, a cozy dining area, and a flat-screen satellite TV invites you to relax. With a Bluetooth speaker, you can listen to your favorite music from the comfort of the couch and enjoy crystal-clear sound. The couch can be quickly converted into a bed (1.60 x 2.00 m).

From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony (14 square meters) with a magnificent view of nature. A patio umbrella and seating with comfortable cushions are at your disposal.

In the modern kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, combination microwave, and modern cooking utensils, you can easily and quickly whip up your favorite meals. For your coffee enjoyment, a drip coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine are available.

The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) with electrically adjustable slatted frames, a spacious closet, a CD player, and a sideboard with a lockable drawer. Additionally, an extra bed or a crib for the third person (child) can be set up in the bedroom.

The beautiful bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, bathroom cabinet, and separate toilet, rounds out the overall experience.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.

In addition, the living room is equipped with Wi-Fi and a sound system with connectivity for iPod, iPhone, and iPad. The living room also opens onto a large balcony (16 square meters) with a beautiful view and modern seating.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen appliances—it has everything you could want. In addition, a capsule coffee machine is available for your use.

Bedroom:
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 2 meters with electrically adjustable slatted frames), a spacious closet, a CD player, and a sideboard with a lockable drawer.
