We are delighted to welcome you to this new, modern, and charming apartment located just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Trastevere—one of Rome’s most vibrant neighborhoods, renowned for its lively bars, cafés, and restaurants.
The apartment is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle are all at your disposal for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the apartment professionally cleaned, with fresh and fragrant linens provided.

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, please note the following:
Late check-in fee (after 8:30 PM):
From 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM — €30
From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM — €50
A private taxi transfer to/from the airport can be arranged upon request.
Please respect the apartment and the residents of the building.
Additional cleaning and linen services are available upon request for an extra fee.
Guests are required to present a valid ID at check-in for registration with the Italian public security authorities.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for our family of four. In a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance of Trastevere attractions and tram to center of Rome.
Only small complaint is we couldn't get the stovetop to work and I didn't hear back from the owner when I texted about it. We weren't counting on cooking so weren't too worried about it (just wanted to make some coffee).
