Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a classic Old Town building, just 150 feet from the sea and 50 meters from the famous Cours Saleya flower market. The apartment is flooded with natural light thanks to large windows and impressive 11-foot ceilings—a rare find in the Old Town.

GOOD TO KNOW
We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises:
• The apartment is on the 3rd floor with NO elevator (56 steps). Great for staying in shape—not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• Old Nice is vibrant and lively. The double-pane windows block out most noise, but on weekends or holidays, some street sounds may be audible. We recommend earplugs for very light sleepers.
• EU power outlets—bring your US-to-EU adapter (Type C/E), or let us know and we’ll have a few ready for you.

• Self-check-in via secure lockbox – arrive at your convenience starting at 4 PM
• Check out by 10 AM
• From the airport to the apartment: Take Tram Line 2 from NCE Airport to “Vieux Nice” (about 30 minutes, ~1.90€)
