Our Barbara Apartment House is located right in the heart of Flachau and is the perfect starting point for all your adventures—whether in summer or winter.

• Skiing action right around the corner: The ski area (Star Jet 1) is just 500 meters away. You can reach the trailhead in just a few minutes on foot—or take the ski bus, which stops right at the house next door.
• Switch to relaxation mode: After an exciting day in the snow, there’s nothing better than unwinding in our sauna with its relaxation area and recharging your batteries.

• Right outside the door: Walking, hiking, and biking trails start right at the house.
• Need to cool off? Two beautiful swimming lakes (with free admission!) are just 3 to 5 km away.
