This tastefully furnished 2-room apartment, measuring approximately 45 m², is located on the 4th and top floor of a 7-family house about 7 km above Maccagno. Relax in absolute tranquility, surrounded by beautiful nature, with breathtaking views of the lake, Cannobio, the castles of Cannero, and further south, the ferry from Laveno to Intra. The name says it all. As the top-floor apartment, you’ll be perched on the rooftop balcony like an eagle overlooking the village of Sarangio, 300 m above the lake and 500 m away from it as the crow flies. Watching the sunset from this bird’s-eye view while sipping a good glass of wine is the epitome of a vacation and relaxation, and is certainly an experience you won’t soon forget.
Another must-do is a walk to the small church of San Rocco, located about 400 m above Campagnano, from which you’ll enjoy an incredibly beautiful view. This extraordinary spot has a captivating charm and conveys a very special atmosphere to the discerning visitor. Below the house, the official 3V hiking trail leads down to the lake or up to Lago Delio.
