Welcome to our spacious vacation home in Stralsund, which can accommodate up to 10 people and is located in a quiet residential area near the beach. This charming vacation home invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea coast and features comfortable amenities.

The vacation home is located just about 600 m from the Strelasund, an inlet of the Baltic Sea. From here, you can watch the sailboats go by, enjoy the fresh sea air, and simply unwind. The Strelasund features a beautiful swimming spot, a playground, and the Baltic Sea Cycle Route also passes through here.

The old Hanseatic city of Stralsund is an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and on the island of Rügen, just a few kilometers away, you’ll find endless sandy beaches, the chalk cliffs, an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and Jasmund National Park.

In Stralsund itself, be sure to explore the Old Town, admire the Gothic brick buildings, and visit the imposing town hall. The Maritime Museum and the Ozeaneum are also worth a visit, especially if you’re interested in the fascinating underwater world.

The large house has four bedrooms, offering plenty of space for a large group. The rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is very well-equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for the whole group.

The spacious living area is perfect for spending time together, whether socializing or relaxing in front of the fireplace. The private garden and terrace provide the perfect setting to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and spend time together outdoors.

Please note that this vacation home does not have a washing machine or dryer. However, we recommend using the local laundry facilities, which are conveniently located.

The vacation home’s location allows you to easily explore the picturesque old town of Stralsund, the harbor, and the surrounding nature. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and attractions are nearby to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Vacation home with a fireplace and terrace near the Strelasund:

This vacation home is in a quiet location within a residential complex near the Strelasund.

It is approximately 120 square meters in size and can accommodate up to 10 adults and two children up to age 3 in a travel crib. On the first floor is the living room, featuring a comfortable sofa, a table, and a modern flat-screen TV. A fireplace ensures coziness even during the cooler months. There is also a large dining table with chairs here.

The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-top stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a dining table with seating here.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, a single bed, and a closet. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed with a nightstand and a large closet.
There is also a small bathroom on the upper floor with a sink and shower.

A small travel crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with linens. Wi-Fi is also included.

The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, toilet, and sink; it has windows and natural light.

The vacation home also features a garden terrace with barbecue facilities.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
