REST AND HOME OFFICE WITH POOL AND LEISURE Our house offers the tranquility of the countryside with proximity to the beach. Ideal for quiet families and those seeking a home office in a relaxed environment. Here we value outdoor living: a large garden, hammocks, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area with a wood-fired oven and stove. Important: this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We do not accept parties/events, loud music, or visitors. SLEEPING ROOMS The house has two exclusive guest bedrooms, ideal for 6 people, and a maximum of 8. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 2 single mattresses on the floor. Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed + mezzanine with 1 double mattress. A spacious, exclusive guest bathroom next to the bedrooms. The leisure area includes a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue with oven and wood-burning stove, a lawn, and a spacious backyard. There are also areas reserved for the hosts and a Kennel. PGJyPg PGJyPg GUEST ACCESS PGJyPg Guests can enjoy all the common areas of the house and have exclusive bedrooms and bathrooms. PGJyPg There are also designated areas in the house accessible only to the two resident Hosts. PGJyPg PGJyPg INTERACTION WITH GUESTS PGJyPg Here at home we are a multi-species family: two humans (Carol and Fernando) and one canine member (Whisky). We welcome you with joy and will be available to help with anything you need during your stay. AMBIENT MUSIC As we are in a beach house in a quiet residential neighborhood, we value a light and relaxing atmosphere. Here, the idea is to always maintain "ambient sound": that pleasant volume where you can listen to the music and talk without having to raise your voice. To facilitate this arrangement, you can play music via the internet-connected TV in the outdoor area or use a small speaker at ambient volume. Powerful sound systems (like "sound walls," mobile sound systems, and similar) are not allowed. PETS are welcome! Here at home we also have a canine member: Whisky, a two-year-old male Siberian Husky, neutered, with up-to-date vaccinations, docile and accustomed to living with people and other animals. When bringing your pet, please include it in the reservation and consider whether it is also adapted to other environments, people, and animals. For the safety and well-being of everyone, we have a kennel available should it be needed during adaptation periods. VISITORS: Only guests with a reservation have access to the house. Access to the house is not permitted for other people. SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in the leisure area, except inside the pool. POOL: Eating, drinking, or pets are not allowed inside the pool.
