This home is beautiful and extremely clean. Very well decorated with very comfy beds. The pool table/ping pong table was a big draw for our teenagers as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and very convenient to many stores.The bottom floor did not have functional AC (master suite area), nor an available fan we could find and it was quite warm. We ended up buying our own fan which helped quite a bit. The "Hey Google" features were fun for my teens but ultimately the basement ones didn't work for the lighting. The hand rail to the basement was loose which was fine as long as we didn't use it, but could be an issue if someone who was really needing it for support. Once in the home, the directions in the binder were very clear for check out. Overall it was a very clean home with very comfy beds and we would stay again. )

The place was very clean and well stocked. We liked the location. There is a small beach nearby and we enjoyed walking there and spending some time at the beach. We would stay here again!

The house was very clean. It has everything you need. Great property! Calling it beachside is a stretch. A lot of the lights are controlled thru Google Nest and didn’t always work. The light switches for the bedroom downstairs are in the hallway, not in the room, and the Google nest would not respond. The thermostat was locked out and the downstairs bedroom was very hot. The house and property was great! The issue is that technology is awesome…….when it works
