Rental Management Information
Management:
Your accommodations are managed directly by me, in collaboration with Booking and a concierge specialized in vacation rentals.
Preparing for your arrival:
The week before your stay, you will receive all the necessary information for your arrival and installation. **Please contact the concierge before your arrival** in order to:
- Make sure that the accommodations are ready to welcome you.
- Agree on the terms of key collection, according to your arrival time.
Rental period:
Stays are spread out **from Sunday to Sunday**, which allows you to prepare your luggage with peace of mind on Saturday and avoid traffic jams on the road.
Minimum number of nights depending on the period:
- During school period will be 7 nights
- Outside school period (high season) from 7 to 3 nights
- Outside school period (low season) of 3 nightsPGJyPg
Renovated studio – Ski-in / ski-out - Arcs 1800PGJyPg�PGJyPg
The studio
Charming 25 m² studio, completely renovated between October and December 2025, for up to 4 people and a baby. Ideally located in the heart of the resort of Les Arcs 1800, it offers direct ski-in/ski-out access and a pleasant natural setting.
Location & view
The studio benefits from a south-east exposure and has a balcony with a view of the fir trees, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere of the resort in all seasons.
The accommodation
The studio consists of:
• A functional entrance with coat racks and space dedicated to ski and après-ski boots
• A bathroom with a shower with a high tray (suitable for bathing babies and children), sink, toilet, hairdryer and storage
• A fully equipped kitchen area:
2 hotplates, sink with hand shower, fridge, dishwasher, airfryer, microwave, heated blender and raclette set
• A small room with two bunk beds, a cot for babies and a wardrobe
• An additional storage space with two wardrobes
• A living/dining room with a folding sofa bed (which can be kept upright), television, board games, table and chairs
Outside
A balcony with wooden ski rack and wardrobe to keep bottles cool (watch out for freezing)
Services included
• Linen provided (towel and sheets)
• Cleaning in principle carried out before your arrival
(the accommodation must be left clean at the end of your stay or optional additional cleaning available at an additional cost)

Traffic
Les Arcs resort is classified as a pedestrian resort, vehicle traffic and parking are regulated.
• Loading and unloading luggage:
However, on arrival at Les Arcs 1800, temporary access to the building is allowed exclusively for loading and unloading luggage, up to a maximum of one hour free of charge.
The vehicle must be parked near the Belambra Hotel, without obstructing traffic or disturbing other users.
At the end of unloading, the vehicle must be parked in an outdoor parking lot or in a covered parking lot provided for this purpose.
