Welcome to the lovingly decorated 2-room vacation apartment No. 7 in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. The vacation apartment is located at Strandstraße 118 in the idyllic coastal town of Niendorf on the Baltic Sea. Here, you’ll be close to the beach and centrally located between the harbor and the pier. The beach is only about 50 meters away. The center of Niendorf on the Baltic Sea and the shopping areas are also just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The pier and the seawater swimming area are right nearby.

We warmly welcome you to the second floor of the building, where you’ll find this 2-room Niendorf/Baltic Sea vacation apartment, “Haus Boy, Apartment 7.” Through the small entryway, you’ll reach the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The open closet provides plenty of space for your vacation clothes.
The vacation rental features a cozy, open-concept living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything to make a food lover’s heart sing—a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle are all at your disposal. There is also a microwave, but no dishwasher.
A cozy sofa set is at your disposal, as well as a flat-screen TV that gives you access to live TV via WaipuTV. You can also use the smart TV features. From the open living area, you can step out onto the northeast-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy your first coffee of the day and start your vacation in a relaxed way.
The stylish bathroom features a shower and toilet.

This apartment includes free Wi-Fi access. You can park your bicycles in the shared bicycle garage. You can access it via the courtyard.
An outdoor parking space is also included with this Niendorf vacation rental. Additionally, there is a narrow elevator in the building.
One dog is permitted with prior notice. This is a non-smoking apartment.
