With 35 m² of space, this high-quality bungalow offers a cozy, comfortable atmosphere for two people. The combination of proximity to the beach and tranquility makes it an ideal retreat. The boardwalk is just a few steps away, as are bakeries, cafés, small shops, and the center of Scharbeutz.

The open-concept bungalow features a cozy living area with an integrated sleeping nook that can be separated with a curtain if needed. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a ceramic cooktop, and an oven. The small but stylish bathroom features a spacious shower and a toilet. On cooler days, electric heaters quickly provide cozy warmth. The covered patio, complete with seating and its own beach chair, invites you to relax outdoors.
